Metro Cinemas is a 3 cinema chain with cinemas in Bathurst NSW, Orange NSW and Burnie TAS. Before their upgrade to KICS, staff at Orange were responsible for the maintenance of 3 web sites. This resulted in a excessive maintenance and increased errors.
With their KICS web site Metro Cinemas has delegated each cinema to maintain their own portion of the web site. Each cinema has an independant movie list, subscriber list and session times, as well as independant promotions and advertising.
Because Metro Cinemas operates three independant web sites using KICS they split their single invoice.
