To increase the efficiency that orders are made and processed, Kinesis developed a company extranet web site for cinema customers.

Cinema customers are able to login to the SSL secured web site and place orders directly to Superpop. This web site features a complex content management system enabling Superpop staff to manage customer orders.

A desktop application was created to notify staff of new orders without the need to constantly check email. Superpop is able to co-ordinate order processing throughout warehouses across Australia from the one database.

Product lists can be created for specific customers or for entire cinema chains.
